Finally according to office of Office of Public Affairs a federal jury returned guilty verdicts on all four counts of the indictment against a former Alabama Department of Corrections (ADOC) sergeant for assaulting three incarcerated persons with a riot-baton and then writing a false report to cover up the beating.
