Khalfani Hardwick was denied bond , waived his preliminary hearing, plead not guilty and awaits grand jury return of indictment.
Johnny Hardwick is the presiding judge of Montgomery, Alabama Circuit Court. Khalfani is not new to crime he has a previous conviction for violence.
In 2017, Khalfani pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of second-degree assault in a 2014 shooting for which he was initially charged with attempted murder.
